What started in a single village in Kisii County has now expanded to 19 villages across three counties—all in under five years.
Adopt-a-Village: How It Works
$10,000 helps launch a Community Health & Empowerment Club (CHEC) in a high-need rural village in Kenya.
Your support brings:
Total CHEC Implementation Cost: $18,500
Your $10,000 gift covers the majority. Your $10,000 is the cornerstone — GHC raises the remaining $8,500.
What Sponsors Receive
As a sponsor, you'll hear directly from the village — quarterly updates with photos and video, Zoom calls with CHEC members, and a real window into what your $10,000 is doing on the ground.
Ready to Adopt a Village?
$10,000 funds a full CHEC — 38 weeks of health, financial literacy, and leadership training, plus the income-generating project that follows. GHC covers the rest.
We have villages ready and waiting with no sponsor yet — yours could be the founding Champion.

Sponsoring a village that's already underway isn't second place — it's a chance to invest in proven ground. A village can have more than one Champion, and every Champion gets the same direct relationship: quarterly updates, Zoom calls, and their name on the village page.
