Kate is a global business executive, entrepreneur, author, and nonprofit leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, innovation, and change. Her career spans Fortune 100 leadership, venture-backed startups, economic development, and mission-driven organizations. She brings a distinctive ability to connect strategy with execution, build partnerships across sectors, and translate complex market and technology shifts into practical action.
Her international leadership experience includes responsibility across 82 markets, an $800 million global marketing portfolio, and a 120-person organization at Microsoft. As a founder and CEO, she has launched and scaled businesses and nonprofit initiatives, secured corporate and government partnerships, and expanded economic opportunity for women entrepreneurs in the United States, Europe, and Ukraine.
