Faith Mageto, Executive Director - KENYA

Faith Mageto joined Global Health Connections in late 2020 as the Executive Director of Kenya Operations. Faith has over 5 years working experience in operations and business development. She previously worked at K-rep Bank (now Sidian Bank) as a Relationship Officer in charge of Microfinance and SME loans. She also worked with the Volunteers to Kenya organization as the regional coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Resource Management, a certificate in Trade Finance, Credit Risk management and Sales and Marketing from European Investment Bank. And most recently completed a four months intense training on Business Development by Equity Bank Group Foundation. She also received training on formation and management of Community Health Clubs from Africa Ahead. 

Faith handles all the day-to-day activities of GHC in Kisii and oversees the operations in Homa Bay County. Simply put, Faith is our Jack-of-all-Trades. She is in charge of  recruitment, onboarding and training as well as handling all things financial–budgeting, expenditures, salaries, etc.  She  also oversees the organization’s operational strategies and keeps everyone in line.  She runs the show! In her spare time, Faith loves to eat chocolate.
